Safety Wall Method (ASW Method) Bracket Type

The ASW method is the most suitable technique for constructing and renovating vertical retaining walls in urban areas.

The Safety Wall Method (ASW Method) is a bracket-type or self-supporting vertical retaining wall method that maintains stability through the resistance of piles, columns, retaining walls, bracket plates, weight concrete, and other elements. It does not require a base slab like conventional RC retaining walls such as L-shaped walls, resulting in reduced excavation and backfill cross-sections, which enhances cost-effectiveness and constructability.

Safety Wall Method (ASW Method) Pit Type

The ASW method is the most suitable construction method for building and renovating vertical retaining walls in urban areas.

The Safety Wall Method (ASW Method) is a bracket-type or self-supporting vertical retaining wall method that maintains stability through the resistance of piles, supports, retaining walls, bracket plates, weight concrete, and other elements. It does not require a base slab like conventional RC retaining walls such as L-shaped walls, resulting in reduced excavation and backfill cross-sections, thus offering excellent economic efficiency and constructability.

High wall construction method for an 8-story reinforced concrete building with wall-type structure.

Next-generation wall construction method

Features of the High Wall Construction Method <8 Highs> 1. Enables construction of high-rise buildings up to 8 stories 2. High constructability 3. High seismic resistance 4. High space efficiency 5. High yield 6. High sound insulation 7. High fire resistance 8. High livability What is the High Wall Construction Method? Wall-type reinforced concrete construction has become possible for designs up to 8 stories due to legal revisions and the establishment of design guidelines. However, widespread adoption has not progressed due to the need for complex analysis. Recently, through extensive research at Sakura Structural Engineering, we obtained the first approved certificate for WRC 8-story buildings in Japan. The "High Wall Construction Method" is a next-generation wall-type reinforced concrete construction that combines high seismic resistance with low cost.

Space Wall Method "Large Space Wall Structure"

Reduce RC walls to the limit to enhance the flexibility of the layout and make large spaces possible!

The Space Wall method is a wall-type reinforced concrete construction that improves the flexibility of room layouts, which is a disadvantage of conventional wall-type concrete, by minimizing the use of RC walls to allow for large open spaces, while also providing high seismic resistance, durability, and low cost.

Seismic reinforcement Grande Data Dragon Wall Method (GD Wall)

Seismic reinforcement components for wooden houses achieve a maximum strength of 8.3 kN/m with an upper and lower gap specification (in the case of large wall A910 and screw pitch of 100 mm).

● Japan Architectural Disaster Prevention Association Housing Disaster Prevention Technology Evaluation Acquired DPA-Housing Technology-62 ● Seismic reinforcement of walls is possible while leaving the floor and ceiling as they are (if the ceiling space is 310 mm or less). ● Uses commercially available structural plywood (JAS standard 12mm thick Class 2 Type 1 or Special Type). ● Easy to install, requiring no special techniques or dedicated tools. ● Reduction of ancillary work leads to shortened construction periods and reduced construction costs. ● Strength equivalent to that of a brace + structural plywood shear wall specification is achieved.

[Road Widening Method] Wide Wall Method

1.5-lane road improvement response - roadway widening system

【NETIS SK-050012-A】 It is possible to widen the road by about 2 meters simultaneously with the construction of conventional block stacking. It is ideal for one-lane roads in mountainous areas, allowing for the installation of vehicle pull-off areas (1.5-lane conversion), sidewalks, bus stops, etc. Additionally, stacking up to four layers allows the internal space of the blocks to be used for nesting and watering areas for wild birds and small animals, making it an environmentally friendly product that coexists with nature.

Wide Wall Method (Roadway Widening Method)

Road widening method completed simultaneously with block stacking.

This technology allows for an approximately 2-meter widening by being constructed in the same manner as conventional large block retaining walls, and it enables a lower wall height compared to traditional methods when widening roads in steep terrain. Additionally, it reduces the amount of excavation needed, making it environmentally friendly and promising cost reductions. Received the 11th National Land Technology Development Award in FY 2009 [Regional Contribution Technology Award].

Sediment control dam wall construction method (dam wall)

It is possible to construct a dam that matches the natural landscape by applying stone planting and decorative elements to the front of the sediment control dam block.

We would like to introduce our "Sabo Dam Wall Method (Dam Wall)." All 15 types of vertical-type Sabo dam blocks, ranging from 0.5 to 0.7 (in 0.05 increments), are self-supporting, which ensures high stability during construction and makes the work easier. Additionally, even when the slopes of the front and back of the dam differ (for example, a front slope of 2 and a back slope of 5), the design ensures that the vertical height of one layer of Sabo dam blocks is consistently 1.5 meters, allowing for a concrete placement height of 1.5 meters for the embankment. 【Features】 ■ Self-supporting precast blocks ■ Custom-designed for each slope ■ Does not compromise aesthetics ■ Excellent cost-effectiveness *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
